Who is this programming for?

Our programs are designed for anyone who wants to build real-world strength — from competitive OCR athletes preparing for race season to weekend warriors looking to move better, feel stronger, and train with purpose. Whether you're training for your first Spartan or just want to deadlift without back pain, we've got you covered.

Do I need access to a gym?

Not necessarily. Many of our programs can be modified for home or minimal-equipment setups. We’ll work with whatever you have — dumbbells, a pull-up bar, sandbags, or just your bodyweight. That said, having access to some strength equipment can help you get the most out of your training.

How is this different from generic online workouts?

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all PDF. Every program is tailored to you — your goals, current fitness level, movement patterns, and injury history. It includes movement assessments, anatomy-informed coaching, and ongoing accountability to ensure you're not just working hard, but working smart.

What if I’m dealing with pain or coming back from injury?

We specialize in helping people return to training safely and confidently. Our programming includes pain science principles and a focus on long-term resilience. If needed, we’ll integrate rehab-informed modifications and help you rebuild trust in your body — without pushing through pain or ignoring warning signs.

What’s included in the program?

  • Personalized, periodized strength program

  • Regular check-ins for progress & accountability

  • OCR-specific options (grip, carries, running integration)

I’m not an athlete — will I still benefit?

Absolutely. You don’t need to race to train like someone who does. The same principles that help OCR athletes perform can help anyone move better, stay injury-free, and build confidence in their body. We scale everything to your level and goals.

​How do I communicate with my coach?

You’ll get direct access to your coach through our training app, where you can message, send videos for feedback, and receive regular check-ins. We’re here to support you — not just deliver a plan and disappear.

Can I train for OCR and still improve strength?

Definitely. Our OCR-specific programming blends strength, conditioning, and obstacle prep in a smart, periodized way — so you can get faster, stronger, and more durable without burning out.

How do I get started?
