In-Person Training (WA residents only)

- I come to your space and work with what you have access to (apartment gyms, home gyms, etc.) - One-on-one movement assessments & hands-on evaluation - Find and fix the root cause — not just the symptoms - Learn how your body works with anatomy education the “why’s” behind exercises - Individualized plans with follow-up support & accountability
